Olympic lifting

A variation of movements that help progress Olympic lifts. These include, but are not limited to: Clean and Jerk, Snatch, Front Squat, Push Press, Snatch Balance, etc. Each segment will take 15-20 minutes with different sets and reps from week to week

Group Fitness

Powerlifting: Movements that help further develop deadlift, back squat, and bench press. These include, but are not limited to: Dumbbell bench, Romanian deadlifts, and breathing squats. Each segment will take 15-20 minutes with different sets and reps from week to week.

Strongman: movements that utilize odd-object equipment and strongman-style lifts. These include: log clean and jerks, sandbag cleans, and medicine ball throws.

Powerlifting/ Strongman

60-min instructor lead courses involving conditioning, gymnastics, and resistance training
